Job Description

Were delighted to be exclusively partnering with this Newmarket based business in their search for a HR Coordinator.This opportunity represents a rare and unique opportunity to join a fantastic HR team on either a full or part-time basis, in a role which is full of variety!This broad role includes:

  • Managing absences and Occupation Health referrals
  • Providing initial guidance to managers and employees around terms and conditions of employment and HR policies and processes
  • Contributing to the review and creation of HR policies and procedures
  • Being a key point of contact for all people related queries
  • Providing an exceptional level of customer service to all employees
  • Supporting in the coordination of social activities and events
  • Supporting the delivery of HR initiatives
  • Offering support and guidance on family friendly policies
  • Assist with various ad-hoc projects
Were looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and able to use their own initiative as well as continuously work on improving processes and service delivery to users.As a trusted member of the HR team, the successful candidate will manage confidential information and deal with sensitive situations professionally with discretion.Previous HR experience would be ideal along with administrative experience and great attention to detail.Working in picturesque surroundings, the office environment is collaborative with the HR team priding themselves on exceptional level of customer services to all employees.Location:NewmarketHours:Monday-Friday - 30 or 35 hour week consideredSalary:Up to £29,000 per annum (Full-time)Benefits:A generous benefits package is on offer to include a free on-site canteen and private healthcare.EA First Ltd are acting as an Employment Agency for this permanent vacancy.
