We go to work knowing this is a chance to make incredible things happen for the people we support.We are looking for someone to join our team of fantastic support workers. You will be supporting a group of ladies at night. The shift patterns are 20:45 to 7:45. Full training will be provided. We would love to hear from you if you are caring and compassionateabout making a difference. Induction and shadowing are paid time. Some light cleaning duties would be included.What were looking for in our Female Support Worker - Waking Nights:

  • Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
  • No previous experience or qualifications required, Free, Skills for Care endorsed full training will be provided
  • Compassionate, caring, confident and resilient
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, with a high level of motivation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident, articulate, and professional
  • Keenness to learn in a fast-paced environment and creatively solve problems
