Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic people person to join this company as a Customer Service Advisor.You will be working within a busy and vibrant team where everyone pulls together and no two days are the same.   • Answering calls and dealing with enquiries from customers and clients
  • Responding to emails
  • Managing emergency appointments
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • General administration duties and keeping the system up to date
As the Customer Service Advisor, you will have:
  • Great communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise your workload
  • Confidence working to provide great customer service
  • Some customer service or admin experience
