Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic perople person to join our client as a Customer Service Advisor.You will be working within a busy and vibrant team where everyone pulls together and no two days are the same.With free onsite parking and easily accesible offices, this is a great opportunity to expand your skills.Not only will you be working in a great environment with a relaxed dress code, you will have the ability to grow and develop.   • Answering calls and dealing with enquiries from customers and clients
  • Responding to emails
  • Managing emergency appointments
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • General administration duties and keeping the system up to date
As the Customer Service Advisor you will have:
  • Great communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise your workload
  • Confidence working to provide great customer service
  • Some customer service or admin experience
