My client has 36 residential parks in attractive locations across the country, They are one of the largest park home providers in the UK. Founded in 2009, my client has grown steadily, investing in making their parks places their residents can feel proud to call home. Working closely with the UK’s leading park home manufacturers, they offer a wide selection of modern, comfortable homes already sited, landscaped and ready to purchase.They are looking for a Construction supervisor who will work below the senior management team to project manage new and existing developments. You will have to have a sound knowledge and understanding of the below and work with external contractors to ensure work is carried out to a high standard. The sites are based all over the UK and include Beds, Cambridge, Sussex, Kent, Cornwall and Devon, new sites will be added as the company grows. You will have a full clean driving license and be well versed to travelling. You will be required to go in to the head office which is just outside of Newmarket around 2 days per week. Or when ever needed.ROADWAYSTarmac , Concrete ,Block-pave and Gravel roads.BASESConcrete solid bases.Slabbing and landscaping around the plot.Kerb edging sides with hardcore & gravel centresDRAINAGE & SERVICESConstruction of pump Stations to Main drains.Foul & Surface water drainage.Water ,Gas ,Electrical supplies to pitches.Demolition of existing buildings to refurbishment of existing buildingsPLANNINGAssist with the discharge of planning conditions and ensuring that developments comply with granted permission• Have strong leadership and business management skills• Persistence and determination• Be able to use your initiative and be commercially aware• Be thorough and pay attention to detail• Have previous experience working on construction projects, specifically on caravan parks would be an advantage.• Excellent verbal communication skills
