  • You will deliver high quality support and care tailored to people’s needs whilst promoting their dignity and individuality.
  • You will assist the person in beginning their day by waking up, getting dressed, eating, and going through their evening routine.
  • You will be Supporting with medication; remind and assist customers in taking medicines, as well as collect or return medication to the pharmacy or dispensing GP surgery.
  • You will prepare and assist with mealtimes.
  • You will assist with social activities like going out for a walk, attending a day centre, visiting friends or family.
  • You will assist with household tasks.
  • You will provide comfort and companion ship to those in your care.
  • You will undertake observations on those in your care and will document this as necessary in their care plans.

Essential:
