Job Description

Are you an experienced Cloud Engineer looking for a new and challenging role where you can use your skills in a fast paced environmentOur client is looking for a Cloud Engineer working for this managed service provider. You will have the opportunity to use your skills working within a close-knot team providing a vital service to their varied client base, working on various operating systemsand equipment.Working closely with your team and the Technical Services Manager, you will be predominantly based in a lovely office on the outskirts of Newmarket.In this Cloud Engineer role you will be acting as the first point of contact for our clients IT Cloud Managed customers. Working for this prestigious and well-regarded firm you will have some of the industry’s leading software to be able to provide that vitalsupport clients need.As the Cloud Engineer you will be:

  • Performing checks for the cloud hosting platform
  • Installing and configuring of customer solutions
  • Able to work in a team and independently
  • Diagnosing and solving faults
  • Logging enquiries
As the Cloud Engineer you will have:
  • Experience working for a managed service provider
  • Active Directory, Certificate services, ADFS
  • Knowledge of recovery solutions
  • Resilient Virtual Infrastructures using VMware and Microsoft Technologies
  • The ability to solve problems and think analytically
