Job Description

This role offers flexibility in your working ways and an opportunity to make the role your own so new and creative ideas are fully welcome!Start: ASAPLocation: Newmarket, Suffolk (Some field based work so Driving Licence is required) Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm however part time is also considered Salary: Up to £25,000 (depending on experience) + BonusThe ideal candidate will have previous experience of generating new business, attending network meetings and being the face of a company. You will demonstrate a professional manner with a drive to building relationships and gaining new clients. You will be self motivated with a passion to achieve targets. Ideally you will have come from a creative services industry however this is not essential.Duties:

  • Researching and targeting prospective clients
  • Qualifying leads via the website and social media
  • Building relationships with new and existing clients
  • Increasing business profile within the East Anglian region
  • Providing company information to prospective clients via email, over the phone and face to face (video)
  • Creating and building a pipeline of prospective clients
  • Making follow up calls and emails
  • Keeping in regular contact with existing clients
  • Attending networking and exhibition events
  • Managing the CRM system and keeping it updated
  • Working towards a sales target
  • Characteristics/Skills:
  • Previous experience of working within a similar position
  • Ability to gain and generate new business
  • MUST be a people person’
  • Professional and polite mannered
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • IT skills - MS Office packages and CRM systems
  • Self motivated and enthusiastic
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges
  • Ambitious with a willingness to grow within the business
