The Property & Construction team at Reed have a fantastic opportunity for a professional and client facing property manager to join our Clients team.The Company has grown steadily over the last 10 years and has successfully invested in a number of residential parks where they offer a wide selection of comfortable, modern homes ready to purchase and move in to.Following an internal restructure there is now an opportunity for someone to join the Company in the role of Area Manager with responsibility for the management of 3 of their locations in the Cornwall and Devon. In a mobile role moving regularly between the locations you will be given plenty of freedom to use your knowledge and skills and ensure the smooth running of each park and more importantly the satisfaction of the parks residents.Key responsibilities include -Hold regular meetings with the Residents Associations, addressing issues and concernsManage the Park Wardens (responsible for grounds maintenance etc.)Oversee any maintenance issues (blocked drains, tree felling etc.)Arrange and manage external contractorsOversee redevelopmentAny statutory H&SLiaise with Local Authority site licensingDeal with all residents inquiries / issues etc.About you -Able to be self motivated and work remotelyGreat communicator with internal and external stakeholdersComfortable discussing issues face to face and resolving them satisfactorilyProfessional and well presentedKnowledge of Facilities Management / Property Management / Housing ManagementWillingness to travel and have full UK driving licenceThis is an interesting and varied role for the right candidate, previous successful candidates have come from a Facilities Management, Housing Management, Property Management, Social Housing backgrounds.Due to the travel involved it is essential that you have a full UK driving licence.Salary will include a company car, 28 days holiday and other benefits.Interested Please email your CV to or call me on
