Job Description

NXTGEN are currently partnering with a prestigious Chartered Accountants firm based near Newmarket that is seeking an experienced part or newly qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or QBE), who is looking for their next step up. As Accounts Senior you will bean integral part of the team, and responsible for a portfolio of very interesting clients, supporting with preparing accounts for limited companies, sole-traders, and partnerships, as well as tax computations.   • Prepare accounts for limited companies, sole-traders, and partnerships in a timely manner
  • Pepare accurate tax computations efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations for clients
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and assignments as required
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Part or newly qualified, or a finalist (ACA, ACCA, or QBE)
  • Ideally, possess experience working in practice, if youve got practice experience but is QBE, this role would still be an ideal fit
  • Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and regulations
  • Proficiency in preparing accounts and tax computations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and driven to advance your career
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
