The position will be focused on calling our partners (warm leads), finding opportunities, and feeding our partners into the Account Executives to hand hold.The aim of the role is to provide your allocated customers a great customer experience by building strong trusting relationships with them through primarily telephone interaction. Understanding the market and been able to position products from Arrows linecard within their business to help develop and grow the account.The successful candidate will be a professional, self-motivated, focused individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with Partners and Vendors.This is an office-based role (Newmarket), but there will be an opportunity to go out and meet partners where required.WHAT WILL YOU DOWorking closely with the Business Development Managers, Product Specialists and the aligned vendor and partner contacts.Managing and maintaining the pipeline for opportunities within defined criteria and accounts base.Assist and support your accounts on queries.Develop and maintain working relationships with vendor personnel.To meet margin/ revenue targets.To take responsibility for self-development in both product knowledge and job competencies, achieving all objectives set.WHO YOU AREYou have experience in a similar position in customer care, sales, field sales, marketing, call center, etc.You have strong English language skills (B2/C1).You communicate clearly.
