Job Description

MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected warehouse company based in the Killingworth area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position. MTrec are currently looking for people to start within the next 7 days, please do not apply if you are unable to start work within that period.The Role:

  • Daily meetings with the Team Leader or Supervisor to discuss workload.
  • To help prioritise workloads within the Department / designated area.
  • To carry out picking and packing duties when required, as set by the Team Leader.
  • Physical activity including lifting, walking, handling stock.
  • Picking stock off shelves from a picking sheet
  • Putting stock away onto shelves using a put away sheet.
  • Pricing stock, opening cartons, unloading cartons
  • Checking items against mark off sheet, checking quantity and sizes, applying pricing labels, lifting boxes.
  • To maintain the company’s health & safety standards at all times; including general housekeeping duties such as keeping your work station tidy.
  • Quality checks throughout the process

  • A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job
  • Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary
  • Physically fit with a can do attitude

    • The Hours:
  • Must be flexible and available for all of the below shifts:
  • 08:00am - 16.30pm
  • 09:00am - 17.30pm
  • 10:00am - 18.30pm
  • 13:00pm - 21:30pm
  • Saturday rota, typically 1 in 6
  • Overtime, expected minimum of 10% (1.5x standard rate)
