Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with CISV International to support the recruitment of their new Training and Education Officer. Please note, this post is fully remote, overseas residents are welcome to apply as long as you live in a 2 hour timedifference of the UK time zone.CISV International is a global organisation dedicated to educating and inspiring for peace through building inter-cultural friendship, cooperation and understanding. Through their innovative, fun, non-formal learning by doing programmes, they help young participants develop to their full potential as future leaders and active citizens, to make a difference in their communities and the world.They also give them the opportunity to build global friendships and networks that will last them a lifetime.CISV International seeks an enthusiastic individual with experience in training and education. 70% of this role will focus on refining and implementing CISVS new global Training Strategy, and 30% will be supporting with the educational content of programmes.The role will work closely with CISVs volunteer Committees and Teams across the world to ensure volunteers receive first-rate training for their roles in order to ensure they deliver safe and high-quality programmes. As Training and Education Officer youwill work to drive CISVs training area, working closely with other areas of the organization to embed the training strategy across the organisation. You will be responsible for developing, assessing, evaluating and monitoring training and will sit in theMember Support area of CISV International as a member of the management team.To apply for this role you must be a collaborative, enthusiastic individual with either a degree or equivalent experience in Education, Training, Adult Learning and/or eLearning development or similar. You must have strong interpersonal skills, and the abilityto communicate with all people, from young people, to adult volunteers and staff.
