Trainers/Assessors - x 2 FTE postsCivil Engineering and Construction Skills - North East Skills Hub37hours per week (part time also considered) fixed term for 2 yearsSalary: £20,754 leading up to £29,465 per annumOur esteemed client has secured funding to set up a North East based hub that will engage and recruit economically inactive people from diverse communities and backgrounds and encourage them to participate in learning activities that will help them to progressinto sustained employment in the construction, civil engineering, property maintenance and housing sectors.Overview of PostsThey have a number of opportunities to join this project as Trainers/Assessors and seeking individuals who come with sector knowledge and practical skills who can demonstrate the ability and passion to share this with an adult training group in attainingpractical vocational qualifications.Previous training/assessor experience is preferred, but they also have the ability to support individuals that demonstrate the desire and capabilities of delivering the role in attaining these. This makes the role an exciting opportunity for individualslooking for a change of career direction whilst utilising key skills, sharing experience and knowledge with students.What is key to ensure success are the behaviours and attributes required which include proactive approach, drive for success, focused, organised coupled with the exemplary communication skills, leadership and interpersonal skills to ensure each student benefitsthe overall experience in addition to learning practical skills.Youll be responsible for:
