Central Employment has partnered with a long-standing business in the North East Industrial trade as they look to expand their Technical Support team with an experienced Technical Support Technician with experience in Electronics.As the Technical Support Technician, youll be working with electronic equipment, understand technical documentation, and product drawings using CAD, and have a great customer service approach. You will be providing technical support to customers of theclient who may be facing issues with the various products and installation.Our client prides itself on sustainable and consistent growth over their decades of operation, still owned by the founder. With this they have had a large proportion of their Managers and Senior technical staff start at this level and work their way up astheir skill set developed.Youll be working 8:30 - 5:00 Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week.
