We will support you along your career path to learn, develop and grow.The roleWe deliver creative, dynamic and person-centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in individual tenancies and shared accommodation.You would be supporting a male in his ownhome with day to day tasks such as; personal care, cooking, cleaning, budgeting, medical appointments and shopping. Hobbies and interests are an important part life for this individual, so a typical shift may involvevisits to; Music gigs, cinema, theatre, concerts and eating out.Previous experience and an understanding of challenging behaviour would be advantageous although full training will be provided.An enhanced Adult and Child DBS is required for this role.Real Life Options offers flexible employment opportunities.
