The role reports to the Legal Tech Product Owner. The IDT Group is part of Transform, our global change and innovation program.The RoleThe LTSAs primary responsibilities are performing, maintaining, and improving legal tech processes, and reporting key metrics on usage and performance. Secondary responsibilities include using our legal tech tools and drawing on knowledge from other domains (e.g. process design) to deliver services, unlock new functionality, and deliver value for money.Skills/experienceEssential

  • Skilled user of all Microsoft products including SharePoint and O365
  • Experience of working as either 1st or 2nd line support in a busy professional services environment, supporting internal and/or external customers
  • Significant experience working in a demanding and time critical environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and understand customer needs and issues
  • Ability to deliver the right solution
  • Experience developing, documenting and implementing new processes
  • Process driven, focused on the end result
  • Excellent written and communication skills
