Job Description

Field Based Role – Must have driving licence & own car – All expenses paid.A Fantastic Short-Term opportunity for a Stocktake Assessor to deliver a field-based stock integrity project across a national network based in the North East.

  • Field Based 5 Days
  • Up to £13/hr
  • 6-week Fixed Term Contract
  • Salary: Day Rates to be discussed
  • Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

As Stocktake Assessor you are representing a national retailer in a field-based role, overseeing process orientated stock takes, as part of a national branch network project. Our stocktake Assessors dedicated, firm and able to question; to spot discrepancies, check and assess onsite data to find one version of the truth.Ideally you will have first-hand knowledge of internal and external stakeholders, have a detailed approach and happy to ensure the company process is followed.You need to be firm and able to question where needed; to spot discrepancies, check and assess onsite data to find one version of the truth.This is a field-based role, you will be working independently to fulfil on a national project within your region. You must have a valid driving licence and your own vehicle, be comfortable with (expensed) long distance travel and overnight stays away from home.Stock Assessor – Field Based: Core Responsibilities:
  • Provide highest moral standards of administration and customer service to all stock take stakeholders
  • Maintaining schedules and plans & driving daily oversight of a complex, national stock take program within your region.
  • Administering accurate data and reporting within required timescales
  • Brief and advise internal and external stakeholders about schedules, plans and checklists within each stock check
  • Deliver expert planning to match robust stock take schedule to meet client challenges.
Stock Assessor– Field Based: Experience/Skills & Competencies:
  • Demonstrate the ability to deliver on challenging targets
  • Operating highly efficient and effective systems and processes.
  • Experience in coordinating multi-stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication skills – Firm, concise, factual and relevant information delivered to tight timescales
