Job Description

Software Implementer/Project CoordinatorGrowing Newcastle tech company of approaching 50 staff requires Software Implementer/Project Coordinatoras part of its ongoing and future plans.Reporting to the Operations Manager your main responsibilities as Software Implementer/Project Coordinator will include:

  • Managing the customer journey from point of sale to go-live
  • Project administration
  • Stakeholder liaison
  • Data conversion
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
As Software Implementer/Project Coordinator, youll need:
  • A strong background gained in a similar fat-moving, service-driven environment, operating as a Software Implementer, Software Implementation Coordinator, Project Coordinator or similar, ideally gained in software/tech
  • A positive attitude with excellent communication and organisation skills with a highly customer-focussed approach
  • Relevant technical skills, knowledge and qualifications - academic or vocational such as ITIL
Benefits and rewards:
  • £23,000 to £25,000 per annum plus benefits
