Job Description

Role Introduction This is a great opportunity to join ourProfessional Servicesteam working remotely as anSoftware ImplementationConsultantCare Systems. We are looking for someone tochampion the delivery of Care softwareimplementations to our Residential, Domiciliary and Support Living Customers. We are looking for candidates with experience of implementing off-the-shelve Care systems in to Care Homes, Domiciliary Care Offices and Support Living schemes. If you have experiencein the care sector in roles such as, System Manager, Care Co-ordinator, Payroll/Finance and/or systems implementation this role maybe a great fit for you.It is an exciting time to join this expanding team as Care takes a major focal point in the Health & Care strategy within Advanced. It is expected that the successful candidate will live and breathe Advanceds Care deployments and support the wider teamsas the division drives forwards at pace.#LIRemote What You Will Do As an ImplementationConsultant you will:

  • Ensure software systems are set-up to ensure a customer can begin using them in a meaningful way as soon as they go live
  • Work with the customer to understand their requirements and what they need the system to do for them
  • Evaluatecustomers requirements, understand what the software can do and configureour software to meet customers requirements
  • Ensurecustomer satisfaction in using our products, as well as supporting the Sales team with pre-sales scenarios and tender responses for new opportunities
  • Constantly evaluate delivery methods and support blended learning approaches.
What You Will Have We are looking for someone with:
  • Our products support our customers to deliver care across a wide variety of care services, so experience of a range of these would be preferred.
  • Expertise in areas such as Rostering, Care Plans, Assessments, Payroll/Finance, Quality, Compliance, Business Intelligence, Reporting and Dashboards
  • Experience ofSoftware Implementation and gathering customer requirements, preferably within in aCaresetting, or experience of Consultancy within asoftware driven environment.
  • Excellentinter-personal skills, the ability toinfluence others and identify key information.
  • Be willing to take initiative inproblem identificationandsolution provision.
  • Experience of working with Sales Leads and Project Managers to ensure every customer receive an exceptional customer journey.
