Central Employment are delighted to be working in partnership with a fast growing Digital Marketing & Media agency, based in central Newcastle. They have a new opportunity for a Social Media Manager, to deliver organic and paid social media campaigns.The role will also involve but not be limited to, monitoring channel performance & pacing, monthly finance queries and reconciliations, building relationships and communication with clients and creative agencies to ensure go live dates are met, working withinternal teams and manage ad hoc client requests, etc.Responsibilities: Planning, implementation, analysis of organic and paid social channel activity for client base.Reporting, presenting and client comms.Providing analytical channel feedback and recommendations.Monitoring channel performance & pacing inc. financial reconciliations.Support senior team in business and client activity.Plan & prioritise work accordingly and autonomously, meeting set deadlines.Working closely with internal teams and manage ad hoc client requests, etc.Experience & knowledge required: The ideal candidate will have experience planning, activating, optimising and reporting across major social platforms. It would also be highly desirable (not essentially required) if the candidate has client-facing experience and has worked collaborativelywith both internal and external parties.As a Social Media Manager you will be expected to manage channel activity for clients from planning, execution, analysis and assisting with senior requests for business activity such as pitch material or insight.We are looking for someone who after onboarding and initial training and with a development plan in place can be autonomous and hit the ground running.Working in a team on the day-to-day delivery of your clients business objectives, planning and buying of paid search and social campaigns inc. analysis with senior support from the team.Candidates for the role will have previous experience in paid social and organic channels essentially Facebook ads and particular Tik TokAll necessary training to grow and progress at the agency with a clear focus on learning and development to ensure best in class output for client
