We a supporting their recruitment process by recruiting a permanent SMT Team Leader to join their team. Asuccessful candidate will be responsible for a hands-on role, where you will support the Production Manager to deliver production plans, work to and achieve daily targets and implement continuous improvements.If you are an experienced Production Team Leader, with a background in manufacturing, and looking for your next career move apply now for an immediate response!The Job You’ll Do;
  • Effectively carrying out key processes including; Operating working machinery to populate printed circuit boards, Ability to understand assembly build documentation & Inspection and touch up of PCBs
  • Leading, supporting and developing the team, prioritising and allocating their workloads, ensuring objectives are clear and deadline are met.
  • Ensuring the efficient running of the facility; quality control, operational efficiency and waste minimisation.
  • Ensuring all daily production targets are met
  • Working closely with the wider Operations team to ensure orders are processed on time

Working hours: Rotating shift pattern, currently:
  • 2 weeks of 6.00am - 2.30pm (Mon to Thur) and 6.00am - 12.30pm (Fri)
  • 2 weeks of 6.00pm - 6.00am (Mon to Thur)
