• Great Communication Skills
• Computer Skills, experience with MS Packages
• Ambitious and willingness to learn
• Demonstrate a strong awareness and respect for health, safety and environment

What will I be doing in the roleOur Showroom & Trade Counter Assistant are very important to the smooth running of the business. Their role is important to help ensure products are where they need to be on time, in perfect condition and always working with the customers needs at the forefront.To support our customers to succeed you will;

• Build successful working relationships with customers, face to face in our Showroom or Trade Counter, and over the telephone, to help ensure every customer receives top quality customer service.
• Carry out all cash transactions, refunds and till processes accurately and in accordance with branch procedures
• Support the warehouse by helping to unload deliveries, picking goods for customers and organising deliveries from suppliers.
• Support and assist Health & Safety culture to ensure that both staff and customers are free from accidents and that all parties actively endorse a safe and healthy working environment
• Prepare for and carry out regular stock takes in accordance with company procedures
• Operate Manual Handling Equipment
• Willingly undertake general housekeeping duties
• Up to date knowledge of products, technology and regulations are maintained
• Assist with customers collecting goods in a professional manner
