Job Description

Service Adviser - Newcastle Upon TyneSalary: £24000 - £26000 per annumPermanent - Full timeThe Role:My client is looking for an experienced service adviser to join their busy depot. You will provide a courteous and efficient reception service always ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for R2C, truck service scheduling,MOT bookings in line with manufacturers guidelines and recommendations.As a service adviser you will need:

  • Experience of working in a similar environment with excellent customer service skills
  • Good experience of a service industry dealing with customers via various methods
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of working with databases
  • Excellent time management, organisational and IT skills
  • Strong communications and influencing skills
  • Good levels of numeracy and literacy
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is paramount
  • Driving licence desirable
  • Technical background desirable
