Full Time 37.5 hours - Happy to talk Flexible and Agile WorkingDo you want to be involved in creating iconic buildings, using intelligent solutions to deliver bespoke projects to our clients AND be part of the future of construction Then join our team as a Senior Site Manager and start the future, today!About the RoleJoining our team, youll manage the site, ensuring adherence to all policies, procedures and standards using specified drawings and instructions, within budget and on programme in support of our Perfect Delivery philosophy. Supervising all direct labouras necessary, youll coordinate the activities of trades and subcontractors involved on site to ensure all operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with the construction programme.About YouWere looking for candidates who have proven experience working in a Senior Site Manager role, educated to degree or HNC/HND level in a relevant technical discipline, ideally youll have worked on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes, between£5 and £20 million and hold CITB 5 day SMSTS, First Aid at work and relevant CSCS card.A full UK driving licence is essential.BenefitsWe strive to support our colleagues to achieve a healthy work-life balance.
