Senior / Recruitment Consultant£22,000 - £32,000Newcastle and NortheastThe roleAre you an experienced recruitment professional looking to join an organisation that values and invests in your career If so, this could be the perfect role for you!Within our Newcastle hub, we are currently looking to add experienced Recruitment Consultants in line with our big plans for expansion!Kelly Services are seeking experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our Newcastle and North East hub. Responsibilities
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
  • Identify and follow up on leads to generate new business
  • To conduct market research, telemarketing, mailing activities and client visits to build and maintain a database of clients and prospects
  • To conduct canvassing activities to find suitable vacancies for newly registered and /or newly available candidates
  • Understand and meet all weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets
  • Identify opportunities to generate and increase revenue, forcing lasting client relationships
  • Attending client meetings to strengthen understanding of the organisation
  • Networking across all client events and attending industry-related conferences
  • Implementing sourcing strategies to find and attract the best talent
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
  • Posting adverts, CV screening, interviewing candidates and guiding them through the process
Skills and Experience
  • Previous recruitment agency experience; either 360 consultant or a BD role
  • Takes enjoyment in developing new business, growing relationships with existing clients, networking, and winning business
  • Ambitious with a success-driven nature, confident in a results-oriented environment where you will be financially targeted and are keen to always work to a competitive advantage
  • The ambition to drive delivery in a position and professional manner
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
