Senior Product Marketing Manager - £50K-£60K + Bonus (company targets) - Hybrid (Newcastle) - Retail IndustryI have exclusively partnered with a leading retail business that produce unique online, physical products. This is a brand-new opportunity to join a team of driven and ambitious individuals, that will be play a crucial role in rapidly building and growingthe business with new products. You will get the opportunity to create innovative projects and implement new marketing plans for the expansive range of items. The team is a collaborative and close-knit group, so you will be joining a fantastic culture whereeveryone gets involved!You will be reporting to the Head of Customer Marketing and work with a team of specialist marketers working on all marketing channels from social to product.Key Responsibilities·Take full ownership of all marketing for new product launches, from end to end.·Manage the product marketing calendar to lead communication throughout the year.·Full analysis of each project to identify new ways to increase product sales for long-term goals.·Work closely with the wider product team to deliver against weekly and monthly objectives.·Thorough research into what customers are wanting, to continue targeting the right audience to purchase the productsSkills & Experience·Strong product marketing experience, on a senior level·Successful proven track record of executing customer insight led marketing campaigns.·Excellent communication skills to work with the wider team, to identify new opportunities and work towards a shared business goal.·Previous experience with marketing a physical product would be advantageous for this role.·Proven ability to own the marketing campaigns and push ideas forward for success.·Strong data analysis skills to transform data to tangible communication proposals.
