You will be joining our small but committed and talented team.Paul is dedicated to supporting the team in delivering high levels of performance taking an innovative and creative approach to find funding solutions. Paul believes in working in a collaborative and flexible way.This is a rare chance to shape the future in a growing, national organisation with real social purpose. Working with key stakeholders and professional teams you will be responsible for funding transactions from origination, through credit approval and onto drawdown.The role will directly support the acceleration of some of the largest and most complex housing projects in the country. You will be involved in funding these projects from day 1.A bit about youWhilst our day job is to deliver new homes you will also be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.Youll be comfortable leading on complex funding proposals and project managing transactions through from origination and credit approval and then on to contracting.Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isnt always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what wedo. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun, and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.As an experienced lending professional, youll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.Who are we We are the Governments national housing agency.
