Job Description

Due to continued growth, my Newcastle based client has a requirement for additional support within their HR team. The Senior HR Administrator will provide support on all people-related areas of the HR life cycle’. This will include recruitment, through to onboarding and day to day operational support across the function.The role will be responsible for providing strong HR operational administrative support within a busy HR function and will include maintaining the HR and Recruitment Database Systems, providing robust and detailed support across all areas of the wider HR Team.This will include:

  • End to end recruitment process. Arranging interviews, updating audit tracking systems, produce interview paperwork, diary management.
  • Checking Rights to Work, GDPR compliance
  • Onboarding activity, arranging Induction programmes for new starters taking up references and advising Finance & Payroll of new employee details
  • Maintain and update HR Database (Cascade)
  • Running monthly reports for KPI’s and ad-hoc reports are required
  • Process leavers and arrange Exit Interviews
  • Manage HR and Recruitment Inbox
  • Supporting the wider HR Team with their administrative duties
  • Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required
  • This is a brilliant opportunity to gain a wide range of experience and work along-side a very friendly and supportive HR team. A collaborative working style, ability to multi-task and work at pace is essential. As is a genuine desire and commitment to giving 100% to every task set with strong attention to detailIt would be highly desirable if you are working towards CIPD Level 3 or above or had relevant practical experience of working in a busy HR environment and were proficient in using HR / Recruitment Systems.As well as knowledge and awareness of relevant HR / Employment legislation with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels within the company.This is initially a temporary contract until end of June 2021 with potential for a longer term opportunity.
