Full Time 37.5 hours - Happy to talk Flexible and Agile WorkingWould you like to work for a progressive and ambitious company which is also one of the most successful within the UK construction industryIf so, weve a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Senior Estimator to join us in Newcastle, covering the North East region!About the RoleYoull be responsible for managing and preparing competitive tenders and framework submissions from first principles for construction projects, both new construction and refurbishment and will coordinate and challenge the input from the wider team, includingprocurement, engineering and commercial, whilst supporting the bid management and quality submission requirements.About YouYoull hold an HND/HNC, BSc degree in Quantity Surveying, or extensive estimating experience, or other equivalent qualification with extensive experience in a similar role. Tendering significant bids to win profitable work, demonstrating an innovative andcommercial approach. Professional, with excellent communication skills, youll have the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external customers, fellow colleagues and other stakeholders.A full UK driving licence is essential.BenefitsWe strive to support our colleagues to achieve a healthy work-life balance.
