Youll typically work in small, tight-knit multidisciplinary teamssolving tough software challenges. Teams are trusted to have high levels of autonomy and value collaboration and pragmatism.You can expect to work throughout the development stack, from richly interactive web applications to high performance backends. You will work with a diverse variety of platforms and modern architectures. • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to new situations
• Good experience and knowledge of the fundamentals in your main tech stack
• Experience of designing well-structured and maintainable applications
• Experience of communicating your ideas to multiple audiences
• An appetite to learn new technologies and approaches
