With offices in Newcastle and London, our Brand Performance agency, focuses purely on delivering integrated brand, digital and marketing strategies and high-end execution to a select group of prestigious clients.We only invite forward thinking experts into our team to partner our clients - we have no pointless layers of unnecessary hierarchy and we look for self-starting, motivated and driven individuals who want to stand on their own two feet and be seen for the value they can add.Your Role: As a Senior Designer, youll be a dedicated and passionate individual capable of producing highly strategic and conceptual designs for Precepts broad client base. Working alongside a team of strategists, designers, digital marketers and developers, you will drive creative projects and implement high-standard design ideas from concept to completion.The role will initially involve remote working in line with government guidance. However, you will predominantly work from Precepts Newcastle-based studio on St Peters Marina.Responsibilities:

  • Ability to generate high-quality design work with strong strategic foundations from concept to completion
  • Maintaining exceptional design standards at all times
  • Leading on multiple creative projects through each stage of the design process to ensure the team meets the creative brief
  • Leading and participating in client workshops and meetings
  • Ability to create high-quality presentations of creative work to internal and external audiences
  • Effectively communicate and distil client feedback to the broader team
  • Providing inspiration and mentorship to the design team
  • Working alongside the accounts team to coordinate and manage the delivery of creative projects
  • Ability to manage external suppliers to ensure they deliver to a high standard
  • Collaborating with client teams to foster a positive working environment
  • Experience:You will have at least 5 years of industry experience working in an agency environment with proven skills and competencies in branding and web-related projects. You will be confident working with a range of clients, from start-ups to established SMEs.Portfolio:Candidates should demonstrate a varied portfolio of concept-driven design work. Your work will showcase strategic thinking and impeccable execution across various brand and digital projects within the industry.People Skills:You will be a confident individual, capable of working as a team and independently while taking part and leading workshops, interviews and presentations to clients.Presentation Skills:Excellent communication skills are a must. You will create and deliver compelling presentations to both colleagues and clients to communicate design concepts effectively.Design Skills:You will be well-versed in modern design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch and InVision.Benefits:
