Job Description

Central Employment are working in partnership with a global, boutique digital performance agency as they look to integrate Affiliate Marketing into their current Paid Media service offering. Due to strong demand for Affiliate and Partnership service, they require a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive this new performance marketing service, manage key Affiliate clients and overall proposition.They require an experienced Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager, to drive forward and grow this new performance marketing service. As Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager you will be responsible for creating our affiliate campaigns/strategies and implementing these through your team of direct reports.Main duties of the Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager:

  • Create the right strategies which deliver agreed outputs with the right quality efficiently and on time Focus on developing the team with the support of the Leadership team.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients Address client concerns and escalate where appropriate Meet agreed SLA’s internally and externally.
  • Get to know your clients well, so you can engage on a personal level.
  • Make a significant contribution to our leadership plan and support new business and marketing as required Be consistently visible throughout our agency as a respected expert.
  • Be aware of emerging trends that will affect the future of Affiliate Marketing and recommend strategies to address these
    • Essential experience:
  • You will have a proven record of maintaining excellent client relationships working as a Senior or Affiliate manager previously
  • Operated within a dedicated Affiliate agency, Network or Publisher
  • You will be focused on helping your team to be brilliant and support and develop them.
  • You will be able to compose creative ways to increase brand awareness and build brilliant relationships with your clients to bring your ideas to life.
  • You’ll be confident managing a challenging workload, overseeing complex and multi-service projects, working to deadlines and prioritising tasks to keep on top of multiple campaigns, clients and other tasks.
  • A highly motivated, confident, professional, ambitious and have a positive attitude.
  • You will be able to look for different ways of doing things, going above and beyond for your clients and taking calculated risks where necessary.
  • You will have the ability to adapt your communication skills depending on your audience.
