Job Description

We are currently recruiting a relationship savvy and adaptable Senior Account Manager to grow and deliver key account growth covering the North East and Cumbria region.As a Senior Account Manager you will act as an extension to our customers, providing well thought out solutions and building relationships to build trust. You will be assigned to the social housing Integrated Solutions contracts and frameworks in the designatedarea.Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with clients to ensure that you exceed their expectations and represent the business positively
  • Develop and implement a strategy of continuous improvement in all areas relating to assigned contracts and ensure that we meet any contractual obligations
  • Facilitate and manage any new contract mobilisations and act as the key contact for the Customer, attend review meetings as required, respond to all requests, and resolve all issues that should arise.
  • Identify opportunities to secure further business opportunities and sales
  • Be the go to person in the area, attend networking events and seminars to ensure visibility of the business and you
You:An ideal Senior Account Manager will be empathetic, and get to understand their customers business. You will also need to have strong interpersonal skills while showing a passion for what you do, we want you to love what you do best!This is a remote-based role covering a specific territory across The North East and Cumbria.
