You will be a key member of the School leadership team, responsible for managing the smooth running of the School Professional Services Community (PS) in away that supports and enhances the strategic objectives of the University, Faculty and School. This involves providing overall leadership of, and management of, all administrative staff within the School and providing the main professional services interfacewith the Faculty, the wider university and external organisations.As a member of the Faculty Professional Service Leadership Team you will also be responsible for creating a collaborative environment, fostering a culture of trust and mutual respect and championing the Universitys values and guiding principles. As a seniorleader within the Faculty you will be a visible role model, demonstrating the highest standards of leadership and behaviour and contributing strategically to the development of an outstanding professional service and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.You will be expected to contribute to the development of professional services within the Faculty as well as interacting effectively with other members of this community.You will work with the Head of School and members of School Executive on a day-to-day basis, although you will have professional accountability to the Director of Faculty Operations.Informal enquiries are welcome and should be directed to Chris Stafford, Director of Faculty Operations via email
