Job Description

Sales & Education Manager - Luxury skin CareBasic salary plus bonus, pension, healthcare.We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client - a heritage rich natural skin care global brand. Our client is renowned for developing high skin care products products with award winning formulas. With selective omnichannel distribution throughPharmacies, Hotel Spas and Department Stores.We are currently recruiting on behalf of the company for a Sales & Education Manager.As Sales and Education Manager, you are responsible for the sales development in your area.Responsibilities include;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and other store staff. You will ensure the commercial follow-up of the points of sale in your selected territory. You will visit them all regularly to present them with new products, promotionsand take restocking orders. Always representing the business professionally.
  • Collect, compile and analyse sales figures and/or trends on a regular basis. You boost sales by setting up plans adapted to each point of sale and by optimising all marketing tools available to you. At each visit, you work on the visibility of the Brand,update the merchandising plan which must be kept up to date. Beauty expert: you are perfectly familiar with formulas, products and the competition.
  • You regularly train the pharmacy and department store teams who must know our products and know how to sell them ensuring each team is motivated, trained and empowered to deliver sales
  • Events: you carry out event animations in points of sale to sustainably boost sales. Your goal is long term consumers satisfaction and loyalty. Organization: you manage your agenda with rigor: you respect the frequency and number of visits by type of customer,carry out prospecting visits, lead the sale and you optimize your tour plan.The
Requirements
  • Direct experience of retail sales and management in the beauty industry
  • Full and clean driving licence
  • Good negotiation and people skills Excellent communication skills
  • Sound understanding of the commercial processes
  • IT Literate
