The Role;The Reward and Benefits Advisor will work closely with the Pensions and Reward Manager and Head of HR Operations to provide specialist support to the business. The Reward and Benefits Advisor reports into, and is supervised by, the Pensions and Reward Managerand will also support with Wellbeing activity.Key Responsibilities: Responsible for dealing with queries on our full range of benefits Liaison with brokers and providers at renewals for our health and risk benefits and ongoing PHI claims Point of contact for all our benefit providers, along with the Pension and Reward Manager Assist with the development and responsible for co-ordination of the annual wellbeing events calendar Maintaining our intranet pages with up to date information on benefits and wellbeing Maintenance of changes to our benefits portal Adhoc analysis and reporting for reward related activitiesThe Company;My client is seeking a Reward and Benefit Advisor to join their organisation;a global law firm with over 50 offices and 7,000 employees worldwide.Their clients come first and whilst they have a high performance culture and work hard as a team, in return they offer a range of competitive benefits including: 25 days hols + Bank hols - Buy up to 5 days GP Service Bupa Healthcare Pension Flexible workingThe Person;As well as the relevant skills and experience, my client is looking for a Reward and Benefits Advisor who is innovative, commercial and values the work that they do.The ideal Reward and Benefits Advisor candidate:Legal or Professional Services experience desirable Strong IT skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and ideally an HR database Experience of a Flexible Benefit system, in particular Darwin (Thomsons) is desirable Accuracy and strong attention to detail Strong numeric skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work as part of a team Ability to prioritise and juggle tasks Ability to work in a fast paced environment with demanding internal clients Strong organisational skills Ability to manage time effectively Strong GCSEs and A-levels (or equivalent) (A-C).
