Job Description

The role is multifaceted as youll create and drive the full end to end Resourcing Strategy for our Change & Delivery (C&D) function. Our Digital First Bankambition is creating a number of exciting opportunities across our Digital teams so we need you to help us find the best people to help drive our strategy.Heres what youll be doing:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment for all specialist roles across C&D.
  • Partner with C&D LT and Senior Managers to understand immediate and future resource demands to create internal, external and emerging talent campaigns and pipelines that allow us to attract a diverse range of talent through a variety of channels.
  • Youll partner with hiring managers, supporting the creation of job adverts, sharing them internally, and externally on a range of platforms.
  • Lead on proactive attraction activity including market mapping, social media usage and a broad range of advertising routes.
  • Support managers and provide guidance on the recruitment process and the use of our Applicant Tracking system.
  • Share regular insights senior stakeholders to provide updates on activities, celebrate successes and address any challenges.
  • Help hiring managers develop inclusive talent pipelines using creative attraction channels.
  • Provide regular and wide ranging MI, analysing data to produce insights and make recommendations on approaches and solutions.
  • Sometimes youll work with external our Recruitment Partners to source candidates for permanent opportunities.
  • Youll drive our emerging talent solutions for C&D, supporting apprenticeships, graduates and other early careers programmes, ensuring they are supporting out future talent needs.
  • Collect and maintain up to date market insight to facilitate the recruitment process and sharing with key stakeholders, and making adjustments to plans when required.
Youll bring with you:
  • Significant recruitment experience possibly gained within an in-house role, or in a recruitment agency working.
  • Experience of recruiting within the Technology and Change sector with good knowledge of current and emerging technologies.
  • The ability to manage a high number of vacancies and collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of designing and successfully delivering recruitment campaigns using a variety of attraction channels.
  • Superb organisational skills with the ability to prioritise is essential as were constantly juggling activities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and converse in a succinct, straight forward manner.
  • Youll be a social media guruconnecting with hard to find talent, leaving no stone unturned.
  • Strong Excel skills as youll own the reporting for C&Dproducing vacancy data and insights.
  • Experience of influencing at a senior level with the ability to collaborate and challenge where appropriate.
  • An ability to work at pace and accurately whilst keeping your customer at the heart of everything you do.
The icing on the cake would be (but not essential):
  • Facilitation experience as we deliver a range of workshops to colleagues virtually.
  • Experience of delivering Apprenticeship / Graduate programmes.
  • Recruitment experience gained the within Financial Services Sector.
