Residential Conveyancer An ambitious and progressive Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer is wanted for a fantastic Newcastle based opportunity, running a manageable caseload in a friendly, multi-award winning law firm. Applications are invited from Residential Conveyancers of all levels, rounded individuals looking for an opportunity to apply their Conveyancing know how and develop their careers in a collegiate and supportive working environment. Salary is dependent on experience and will range from £24,000 to £44,000 and comes with excellent benefits. The successful Residential Conveyancer will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish. Utilising a case management system, day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and online searches. The team also undertake their own marketing activities both online and, when it comes back, with traditional face to face at networking events. Applications are invited from ambitious and progressive Residential Conveyancing Solicitors, CILEx and Licensed Conveyancers motivated to progress their careers in an expanding high street law firm who have built out an enviable reputation in the region and have been recognised as one of the leading practices in the North East. The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years experience gained in a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing environment and possess the confidence to hit the ground running managing all types of conveyancing transaction.
