Reservations Administrator - A hybrid role with variety - Monday to Friday Full time permanent hours to suit. - Newcastle - NE12A mix of hotel bookings and customer service mixed with Quick books invoice processing and accounts administration! The day to day : - A mix of answering the phone to customers looking to either book a room at a 5 star boutique hotel in the North East or make an enquiry or book the restaurant- Administration within an Accounts function by assisting the Hospitality Accountant with day to day accounts related admin and invoice processing/ - Office based- Monday to Friday - Full time hrs to suitDeliver fab customer service and maximise booking opportunities whilst multi-tasking and processing accounts admin and invoices.START ASAP !
