Once fully qualified at this level you will have the opportunity to develop further in a trainee Consultant role, which incorporates responsibilityfor Client sales and service.We are a long-standing Recruitment Consultancy specialising in Manufacturing, Engineering and Warehousing Operations, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, and are seeking a confident, outgoing, ambitious, and eager to learn individual. The role includes advertisingvacancies, interacting with clients and candidates, face to face meetings and carrying out compliance checks. You will gain your level 3 Recruitment Consultant qualification and an early start will be offered to the right candidate.We recruit for a variety of different roles within our chosen sectors and are focused on delivering service and integrity with knowledge and delivery leading to happy clients and job seekers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls, emails, and text messages.
  • Interviewing candidates by phone, video, and face to face
  • Working with an online CRM and Candidate Database system
  • Matching candidates to job roles
  • Writing job adverts
  • Finding candidates through database searches and social media
  • Seeing the recruitment process through to offer stage
  • Handling a range of administration duties including processing weekly timesheets
  • Dealing politely and efficiently with Candidate and Client enquiries
  • Other duties as may be required
Requirements and prospectsDesired skills
  • Strong communication (written and oral)
