Job Description

ShiremoorRecruitment AdministratorMonday to Friday (37.5 hours per week.)£22,208-£22,834 DOEOur client is Northern Powergrid, based in Shiremoor. Their vision is to be the best energy company in serving their customers while delivering sustainable energy solutions. They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their RecruitmentDepartment.This is a full time temp position paying £9.78 and £10.51per hour depending on experience.Key Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for;
  • Act as a first point of contact and respond to all enquiries in line with Service Level Agreements, ensuring delivery of a first class customer experience; escalating as appropriate to the People Services Operations Manager.
  • Process all transactions in line with agreed policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to delegations of authority.
  • Maintain colleague records, both paper-based and electronic (within the HCM system) ensuring records are up to date and accurate.
  • Provide a high quality and consistent administration support to all colleagues across the Hire to Retire processes.
  • Communicate progress on workflow requests through timely and accurate updates to workflow tracker information.
  • Have a good understanding of Data Protection; ensuring customer confidentiality is adhered to at all times.
  • Promote a clear desk policy within the team ensuring customer data is stored securely and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Key Competencies
  • Hold exceptional customer service skills during all voice and non-voice customer contact.
  • Be proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly with Excel and possibly mail merges.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and maintain data integrity.
  • Well organised with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent administrative skills with the ability to prioritise work in line with customer demand and to agreed Service Levels
