Job Description

We celebrate multiple approaches and points of view and believe diversitydrives innovation, so were building a culture where difference is valued.The RoleThe Recruitment Administrator will work with the Recruitment Business Partners and Talent Sourcing Advisors and support them to deliver a best in class recruitment experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. You will have demonstrable experienceof administration support for a busy team and be agile and proactive in your approach. With your knowledge of systems, eye for detail and outstanding organisational skills you will be part of an in-house Recruitment Team who make a significant impact on thefirm through the hiring of talent.Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Talent Sourcing Advisors with the scheduling of interviews by liaising with candidates directly, recruitment agencies and secretaries to get availability for interviews and video conferences.
  • Administering testing for candidates.
  • Supporting the graduate recruitment team with event administration.
  • Booking meeting rooms and logistics of meetings.
  • Coding and tracking of recruitment invoices for payment.
  • Supporting the team in the timely communication to candidates.
  • Managing the recruitment team email inbox and passing queries onto the relevant team members.
  • Assisting with monthly reporting on hiring data.
  • Supporting the Recruitment Business Partners with the process improvement projects that are live across the team.
  • Tracking and reporting of team KPIs.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Ability to work under pressure to support the team to deliver a best in class recruitment service.
  • Ability to manage own work load and prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • An excellent team player.
  • Strong MS office skills are essential in particular reference to Word and Outlook.
