An exciting opportunity to join a Specialist Recovery and Insolvency team in Newcastle either as a Senior Manager or Manager with a readily available path of succession.Working with an array of local and national clients in the SME markets my client is seeking a Recovery Specialist to manage their own portfolio of cases which will include supporting distressed businesses through restructuring or insolvency processes. Youwill be responsible for following the firms procedures and relevant compliance, communicating any problems or contentious issues identified to the Partner and ensuring you remain on budget where possible.Regular communication with creditors, directors and other interested parties throughout the appointment/assignment is key, as is to practise the principles of excellent client service at all times. You will be responsible for ensuring the appropriate liaisontakes place with all other departments, and that all potential client needs are identified and serviced accordingly.What we are looking for:You will be an experienced Insolvency professional in both personal and corporate insolvency with a proven ability to manage a portfolio of cases.
