Job Description

QED are representing a fantastic law firm in the heart of Newcastle who are looking for an experienced receptionist to join their team!A day to day in the office will look like:

  • Welcoming clients and visitors maintaining a professional helpful manner at all times
  • Keeping of top of tidiness of the business lounge and facilities are kept up to date
  • Monitor and manage multiple diaries across our meeting room suite
  • Assist business development to deliver a a busy schedule of in-house events
  • Providing refreshments foe meetings and visitors
  • Assisting with admin tasks
The successful candidate will have the following:
  • Experience of working in professional services firm or hotel environment
  • Maintain a smart professional appearance at all times
  • Have knowledge of operating switchboards
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Highly organisedand able to prioritiseworkload
  • Work effectively as part of a team
