Then this could just be that career change you are looking for.This is an exciting opportunity to work for an award-winning Jesmond based agency that manages properties in Newcastle and Gateshead.A terrific career opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join our team in Jesmond. You will deliver outstanding property management and maintenance service to Landlords and tenants, ensuring that contractual and legislative- Including HMO properties,student properties, single let properties with a varied portfolio responsibilities are met and exceeded.The successful candidate will manage a large portfolio of 110+ properties, whilst providing exceptional customer service and support other colleagues within the property management team.Responsibilities included in the role of a Property Manager:

  • Pro-actively and confidently handle challenging conversations with tenants and landlords
  • To be the dedicated point of contact between landlords and tenants for a portfolio of properties in the North east including student, residential and HMOs.
  • Managing an assigned portfolio of residential properties
  • Adapting an ensuring knowledge of changing laws and compliance with strict property legislation
  • Reviewing inventories, processing and payments of invoices and tenant disputes
  • Reporting repairs of property
  • Responsible for ensuring no mandatory property certificates including HMOs
  • Cover, inspections, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Conducting regular site visits and inspections, maintaining high standards
  • Answer telephone calls in a professional manner and deal with complaints in an effective manner
  • Knowledge in outlook software
  • Full clean Driving licence
  • To oversee all maintenance and cleaning prior to tenancy start dates to ensure smooth transition for new occupiers
  • To oversee property refurbishments
  • Prepare and serve legal notices such as section 8 and 21

  • Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
