The Role This leading Legal 500 firm is seeking to hire a Property Litigation Solicitor 3+ years PQE to join their office in Newcastle. You will work closely within the commercial litigation department with a lot of cross over between the real estate and corporate commercial team. The caseload will be interesting and complex consisting of adverse possession, boundary, easements and right of way disputes, forfeiture, possession proceedings, tenant insolvency, dilapidation claims and other claims for breach of covenant. You will receive outstanding support and mentoring which will give you a competitive edge in terms of gaining further exposure to high quality work. Requirements * You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE * If you are coming from a commercial litigation background, 50% should be weighted to property litigation * An interest in the health and social care sector would be of benefit * You will be organised and have strong time management skills * You will have excellent client care and communication skills Remuneration * Competitive salary and extensive benefits on offer This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join the firms office in Newcastle.
