Your focus will be on transactional processes duties such as dealing with Corporate Card amendments, childcare vouchers,travel schemes and answering telephone queries from internal employees!The ability to communicate effectively, with strong written and verbal communication is crucial for this role. We arent necessarily looking for a long list of experience but someone who understands what good customer service looks like!We do have a hybrid working policy so with this in mind, it would be usual for you to be in the office in Newcastle 2 days a week and then working from home the rest of the week!What youll be doing:

  • Process work in line with agreed procedures, business rules or scripts - this will include making calls, answering telephone, emails, queries, taking messages or processing transactions.
  • Learn the procedures and understand parameters of producing a quality output.
  • Liaise with internal/external clients.
  • Log and resolve queries but escalate when required to more experienced staff
  • Maintain and update a range of records systems or databases to ensure records are accurate, complete, and current
  • To schedule and prioritise allocated work on a daily basis, ensuring deadlines are met.
