Job Description

People Advisor TYNE & WEAR (Ref 478) Temporary 12 months£ competitive + fantastic working practices which include - Full agile working, 28 days holidays + banks + additional benefitsIf youre looking to work for a fast growing business with people at the heart of everything they do then keep reading! Our client is continuing to build the HR team to support the ever growing headcount.As HR Advisor you will have a solutions focused approach to support and coach managers to own their people priorities. This will involve:

  • Case management activities (fact finding), ranging from sickness, disciplinary, grievance and performance management
  • Facilitate and initiate informal early resolution of People issues
  • Support managers with complex cases within the business, providing a coaching approach to empowering managers to own outcomes
  • Contribute to HR project such as change management, D&I, Wellbeing, retention
  • Manage probationary reviews
  • Absence management, including long term sickness cases
  • Ensure the integrity of HR data is maintained at an exceptional level and can be reported on effectively
  • Exposure to harmonisation
Whats required
  • Relevant qualification, and demonstrable experience (evidence required)
  • CIPD Qualified (level 5) ideally
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor
  • Experienced of supporting complex cases
