My client is a very exciting business who are looking for a Payroll Officer / Accounts Assistant to join there small team based in Newcastle.The Payroll / Accounts Administrator will be responsible for maintaining all payroll records, purchase ledger duties, cash banking and will report into the Group Accountant.Client DetailsMy client has continued to be one of the most renowned destinations in the North East and what was once only enjoyed by certain members of society, is now available to all. They offer the venue for private hire, weddings, rest and retreat (spa), and more.They have 120 acres of gardens, onsite parking, spa, restaurants, a farmshop, cafe and are a dog friendly office!They even provide free lunch everyday!DescriptionA s a Payroll / Accounts Administrator you duties will be but not limited to; dealing with employee pay queries, monitoring of holidays and sickness, monthly payroll run, new starters input, management of student loans, payroll year end, clock card queries,matching purchase orders,processing invoices, payment to suppliers, reconciliations, production of monthly remittances, petty cash control, assisting in annual audit and any other duties that may be required.ProfileThe successful candidate must :
